In New York

Today is a real tired day for me but before I go further on what happened today I shall at least share a bit from the beginning of my trip… On my very first night after spending 22 hours from Malaysia and finally reach my destination only I got to know that my friend is not so familiar with his way from lexington to Newark airport so I waited at the airport for 2 hours to be in my friend’s car and soon right after putting all my luggage in his car and what he do was…he gave me a map and asked me to be his navigator… can you imagine that after such a long tired journey and when you reach a total stranger place you have to be a navigator… and the map in New York was like mad… is small and complicated… basicly I have a hard time to tell him the way but still I got it all right and we finally reach his aunt’s place which is in Woodhaven NY… when we reach I just can’t wait to rest… and his aunt bought us dinner and waited for us… gosh that is so nice of them…after dinner and shower I finally get to rest… and because of jet lag I hardly sleep… and on my second day we went out around 2 something in the afternoon coz of so lazy to get up and out of the bed… we went to Central Park, National Museum (seeing all the dinasours bone) and  Empire state building. Empire State Building become the tallest building in NYC after 911… the view was amazing… after all that we finally head home as Aunt Emily and hubby is waiting for us for dinner… they waited for us not only the first night but also the second night… this is bad… then we went out for dinner at this chinese restaurant near by and thats all for my second day… for the third day we were out kinda late as well… we went to visit those famous places like New York Stock Exchange, Trinity Church and err can’t remember the name of the place that i went… but that day we decided to go home early as we have dinner date with aunt and her hubby… so we got home about 6.30pm… and we went to this korean restaurant which serve really nice korean food and that my dinner… wow taste good… we went home after that as me and my friend (Joshua) planning to visit one of the famous place in New York which I guess everyone knows where… Statue of Liberty… and we have to be there at 7.30am as they give out passes to go in not only the Island but also the Statue… unfortunately they don’t allow anyone to go all the way to the crown of the statue… after listening to all the history and took some pictures then we head to Ellis Island is also another place full of history… the first island where all the immigrants came to America… and after the long walked on the bright sunny day… and we went to the city to queue up for the Musical show… it calls the Broadway Show that everyone must visit and go for the show if you go to NYC… imagine queue for 2 hours under the hot sun… but is all worth it… after getting the ticket we went home to rest and dress up for the musical… It was in a theatre can you imagine how cool it was… well it was my first time to watch musical… the show that I watched was Chicago starring Brooke Shields… how lucky to get famous star to be on my first show… It ends at around 10++pm then we head home for dinner… after dinner have pack all my stuff as we leaving to Rochester to my friend’s house which is where I am now… when we reach here in Rochester we went to Dinasour Barbeque for dinner… the pork ribs was delicious… lots lots of good food here… yummy… and after that we came home and played some pool games… there is a pool table at my friend’s house so basicly we just play pool and had some wine… and thats it for my first night in Rochester… and today we went to Niagara Falls to see that famous falls… then we get a boat ride and get wet because of the Mist… we kinda spent the whole day there and after that we went shopping at around 6 something… and it was my first day of shopping after the trip so far… well, bought some gift for my family… it was a tired day… suppose to go out clubbing but too tired so we ended up stay at home… and here I am blogging… I need some sleep… thats it enough of typing… zzzz

Dilemma

Tuesday, September 6th, 2005

After so long I finally blog again… lately my feeling has been battling… was thinking whether should I go to US and visit my friends or should I stay here and wait for my next vacation which is 6 weeks from now??… back to yesterday… I was actually decided not to go… but till the end still I bought my air ticket after talking to my friend… haha fickle minded… I was happy that finally the decision is up…I don’t have to think twice no more… today I have some funny questions up in my mind… it was like… can a girl and a guy just being friend when they got lots of conversation?? or does that mean that when they click they have to step one step further??  everytime when you meet someone who actually click instantly with you, immediately you want to keep them and being part of your life… are we asking too much to do so?? we may meet lots of peoples in life but we don’t just click with everyone… in another side when you found someone who you share the same opinion right away you wanted them to be more than a friend… a friend of mine turn up today in front of my house… so sweet of him that sent something nice without my expectation… it was so sudden to received gift from him… I was just so speechless, stunt and touch I would say… I guess everyone would just feel the same as I am… but unfortunately I have to turn him down as I’m on my way out for dinner with friends… I felt really bad… If I would to turn my other friend down for him isn’t it giving him too much of hope… when someone is moving too fast on your track will just scare you away…If you don’t feel strongly for that person you always think that he move too fast… unless you fall before him then probably you will want it to be faster than ever… why everytime I have this conflict of feelings in mind…put me in a dilemma…
